Australian Film “Jupiter Love” Makes US Premier at Silver Lake Film Festival (May 5)

(LOS ANGELES, CA) The film JUPITER LOVE was selected from among thousands of entries into this year’s 7th Annual – Silver Lake Film Festival, taking place May 3 – 12 in Silver Lake, California.

JUPITER LOVE is part crazed road film, part acidic commentary on the power struggle of the sexes, Jupiter Love is a turbo-charged film that grips the viewers with its twists of Sexual psychopathology.The film immediately leads us to a digital artist (Chromosome X) driving to her first solo art exhibit. On the open road on the outback in Australia, a lone male (Chromosome Y) driver pulls up along side her and begins feverishly video taping as they continue driving at high speeds. The situation defies expectation, and she begins to tease and taunt the male driver.

This begins a spiral of deviance into the raw nerve of the male psychosis. Unleashing a series of morbid and twisted Sexual encounters transforming into obsession, stalking, fits of rage, and paranoid monologue (Chromosome Y). The film begins following ‘X’ and ‘Y’ as they seek control and power over one another – only to have that power stripped away in a blink of the eye.

The two characters in the film are simply known as: ‘Chromosome X’ and ‘Chromosome Y’ and although they tease and taunt each over to communicate, they never really speaks to each other.
