Synopsis: A city is transformed from a normal metropolitan community into a nation under siege. Bio-terrorists have unleashed a plague, and people are transforming into maniacs. Safe in his studio, talk-show host Logan Burnhart is the lone voice of the city and the only source of information — but soon he comes under attack and it's a race against time to save his family from annihilation.
